| Abstract | This work introduces a contribution for the urban planning of the municipal district of Caçapava that locates itself in Paraibas Southern Valley Medium in São Paulo's State, situating among coordinates from 45th 37 and 45th 49 of west longitude and 22nd 59 and 23rd 09 of south latitude. To count your location, next two important industrial areas, how São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and witch connection for the Rodovia Presidente Dutra. It was analyzed the use and dynamics occupation of the soil, in years of 1986,1993 and 2007, and thus the invasion of the urban stain was observed in areas of permanent preservation, next the marginal of the courses of the water, seeking objective interpretations about the complementary law nº 254 of the municipal district regarding the Forest Code 4771/65.It concluded how same with the validity of federal laws as Forest Code 4771/65, which appreciates by the preservation of fragile considered areas, still present owners' land interests is done, the which ones degrade the natural resources, which in the leads to a new analyzes of the Complementary Law of Use and Occupation of the Soil of the municipal district. | |||
